Hazel Line prepares wholesale demand forecasting visuals — chart packs, heatmaps, briefing slides, and related analytical deliverables — based on client-provided data. We do not provide software subscriptions, live dashboards, or automated trading or ordering systems through this website.
3. Quotes and engagement
Service scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in a written quote after we review your brief. Work begins upon receipt of the agreed deposit unless otherwise stated. Informational pricing on this site is not a binding offer.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate shipment and SKU data, respond to clarification requests promptly, and use deliverables for internal business purposes unless otherwise licensed in writing.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use delivered chart packs and slides for your organization's internal planning and presentations. Hazel Line retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and pre-existing analytical frameworks. We may reuse generalized techniques and anonymized aggregate learnings that do not identify your business.
6. Confidentiality

7. Limitation of liability
Forecast visuals illustrate historical patterns and stated assumptions. They do not guarantee future sales outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Hazel Line's total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Governing law
